During my unforgettable stay at Auberge de Sauze, the proximity of the 2 bedrooms to the charming restaurant provided stunning mountain vistas that truly enhanced the experience. The restaurant and lounge exuded a delightful ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Although the dinner portions were a bit petite, the exceptional quality of the cuisine more than made up for it. The peaceful setting of the hotel, perched atop the world, allowed for a serene and rejuvenating retreat. The cozy parquet floors and the comfortable garden furniture added a touch of luxury to the overall experience. Breakfast was a delightful affair, further showcasing the attention to detail and warmth of the staff. My heartfelt thanks for a truly delightful stay at this tranquil mountain gem.
